Terms of service
These terms set out the general rules for accessing and using impresaGO. The offer, modules and terms presented during activation supplement this document.

impresaGO is provided by Bitage Software Solutions S.r.l., VAT no. 07480510960. The service offers cloud-based administrative and operational business management features. Payroll management is not included.
2. Account and user responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and authorize only people entitled to access company data. Operations performed through an account or connected channels must be checked before confirmation.
3. Plans, modules and payments
The Free plan and paid modules include the features stated in the offer applicable at activation. Prices, term, renewals and any limits are shown before subscription. Specific commercial terms prevail in case of discrepancy.
4. AI features
AI features help interpret requests, retrieve information and prepare operations. Users remain responsible for checking data, drafts and results before use or submission. impresaGO does not replace accountants, tax advisers or other professionals.
5. Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, harmful content, compromising security or infringing third-party rights. We may take action to protect the platform, users and data integrity.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and secure. Updates, maintenance or external events may cause temporary interruptions. Support channels and levels depend on the active plan.
7. Data, export and termination
Users retain ownership of their content. On termination, the export, retention and deletion terms in the offer and applicable law apply.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service or law evolves. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. For information, email info@bitage.com.
